Mr. Spiros J. Teleoglou Spiros is a Business Executive of Intellectual Property Business Development in IBM's Corporate Intellectual Property organization, with a current focus on fostering Research partnerships. He has 30 years experience in a variety of business and technical domains and holds the highest level of IBM PM certification. Spiros has served in executive and management roles in intellectual property licensing, enabling country and university Research partnerships and a wide array of technology commercialization, services, chip design, networking systems, and software development. Prior to his involvement in IP licensing Spiros led development, and deployment at all levels of the ICT hierarchy from chip technology to network architectures to software development processes to asset-based services. Managed development activities at European labs with staffs consisting of US, French and Italian professionals. Responsibilities included the design, development and manufacturing of high-speed communication switch products. Spiros's years in engineering and technical management included product development, component development and services. Spiros holds MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK. Recognized expert in high bandwidth / high-speed communication designs including wide area network and ATM adapters. prof. Vladas Bumelis Sicor Biotech is a biopharmaceutical company with more than 20 years' experience in high-end biotechnology. Mr. Jim Ditmore
Jim Ditmore is responsible for the UK Barclays Bank Technology Centre, which has been operating in Vilnius, Lithuania since 2009. Jim is responsible for setting and implementing IT's strategy across GRB in accordance with Barclays Groups strategy. Prior to joining Barclays in 2008, Jim was the Chief Technology Officer for Wachovia, one of the largest financial services organisations in the United States and now part of Wells Fargo. He led a ten-fold improvement in production, availability and quality whilst significantly reducing costs. He has more than 25 years' experience in IT, including executive roles with Bank ONE Corporation (now part of JP Morgan Chase) and MCI Corporation. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Maths & Computer Science and was educated at the College of William & Mary, Virginia. |

Ms. Cynthia J. Pasky Cynthia J. Pasky is the founder, president and CEO of Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), a provider of information technology consulting services, customized solutions, vendor management programs and an executive search program. Established in 1990 the company has posted 19 consecutive years of growth, with 2008 revenues of $160 million. Ms. Pasky is a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of Detroit Renaissance, is immediate past chair of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve as a member of the Chamber board. Pasky also has been named one of Detroit's Most Influential Women by Crain's Detroit Business. S3 recently was named one of the top 25 WBE's in the country by Women's Enterprise USA Magazine. Ms. Pasky also serves on the Board of Detroit Downtown Partnership, Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan, United Way of Southeastern Michigan, U. S. Baltic Foundation, Detroit Economic Club, Detroit Youth Foundation and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Mr. Dainius Kreivys Serving as a Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania since December 2008, Dainius Kreivys is a thirty eight year-old graduate in Radio Engineering at Kaunas Technical College. He also holds a diploma in History Science at Vilnius Pedagogical University and did an Executive MBA at the Baltic Management Institute. Previously Mr. Kreivys was working as a Director and Member of the Board of SC Specializuota komplektavimo valdyba as well as Chairman of the Board at SC Silikatas, SC Saldo partneriai, and SC Baldenis. Recently Mr. Kreivys has been focused on his activities as an independent financial expert as well as his work at the Institute of New Public Management. He has also published a number of articles in macroeconomics and political economics. |

Mr. Henrik Albertsen Henrik has extensive experience in the IT industry and internationalisation, having held management positions within software companies and having spent the last 12 years within the Venture Capital industry. He began his career in 1987 in R&D and project management at Simcorp, followed by a sales and business development role at Damgaard Group. He has been Managing Partner at Nordic Venture Partners for the past 12 years. Henrik has invested in numerous companies and recently, in his role as Chairman of the board, facllitated the sale of Essnet to Scientific Games, Essnet Interactive to Aristocrat, Netgiro to Digital River, and Zyb to Vodafone. Henrik holds an M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark and an E*MBA from SiMi. Nordic Venture Partners is a venture capital firm, managing more than €320 million, with a portfolio of investments in the ICT sector. Mr. Vidmantas Janulevičius Baltic Solar Energy and Baltic Solar Solutions are members of the BOD Group and focus their activities in the solar energy sector: c-Si cells production and application in solar energy, silicon photovoltaic cells development and solar element module manufacturing. Baltic Solar Energy, Baltic Solar Solutions and BOD Group are members of the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA). Baltic Solar Energy has launched a project whereby the company plans to acquire solar cell manufacturing technologies in order to make innovative products in Lithuania. This will enable Lithuania to make its first steps in the photovoltaic energy market. There will be 35 new jobs created in addition to the promotion of exports and high-tech development. Mr. Patrick Mork Patrick joined GetJar in 2008 as chief marketing officer and member of the executive team. His primary role at GetJar is to develop the company’s overall marketing, branding, content and communications strategy. Patrick has been in the mobile content space since 2004 first at mobile games publisher I-play then subsequently at glu mobile. Prior to joining GetJar, Patrick was Marketing Director Europe at glu where he built up the company’s marketing team and was a key part of the European management team that helped take the company public on the NASDAQ in March 2007. With 15 years of marketing experience at leading companies such as PepsiCo and Diamondcluster, Patrick has worked in large multinationals and venture-backed start-ups in marketing, sales and general management. Patrick holds on MBA from INSEAD and a BS from Georgetown University. |
